Three and-a-half years ago, there was no Kamil or Łukasz with us. (Nor even Tomek or Bartek!). Only Krzysiek bravely designed our labels. At that same moment, right in the middle of a raging pandemic, the first barrels appeared at the Distillery’s doorstep.

Filling barrels with the distillates was a piece of cake. What was the most important was the preparation of the distillates, composing them in such a way that they retained their character after years. We then filled only 48 carefully
selected barrels with our rye, wheat, and potato distillates 2019 vintage. It was the first step to fulfill our dream. Keep your fingers crossed!
